The hotel is located on a quiet road in a residential area just outside the centre of Izola. The beach is only a 50 metres walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is located on the Simonov Zaliv complex which is sign posted from the main road into Izola. Rooms are medium size, modern, well equipt and in good condition. Bathrooms are also of a good standard. Most rooms have a balcony. The restaurant is located in the main building and serves breakfast in the morning and lunch or dinner for groups.
